Recipe of chocolate crinkle cookies

Hey alls today I would like to share with you on the recipe of chocolate crinkle cookies. The first time I baked it taste a bit salty but after knowing my mistakes now it taste awesomely good. The taste is exactly like brownies only that it is coated with powdered sugar. I bet you it is easy and extremely nice.

_things that you need_

2 big bowls

-a mixer

– teaspoon

-few cups

– plastic wraps

– baking paper

-trays

– oven

-olive oil

– icing/powdered sugar

_Let’s start with the dry ingredients_

-2cups of all purpose flour

-1 teaspoon of baking powder

-1/2 teaspoons of salt

-1 cup of unsweetened cocoa (preferably use the high quality ones like Hershey)

Once you got all that, put all the dry ingredients on a bowl and start to whisk and mix them up.

_Now the wet ingredients_

-1cup of granulated sugar

-1cup of brown sugar

-2/3 of salted butter (you choose whether to go with salted ones or not)

-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

-4 eggs

First of all you will need to heat up the butter and melt it on a pot and transfer it to a glass or a bowl to let it cool before you proceed to the next step.

Get ready a bowl on a mixer where you can mix all the dry and wet ingredients.

First, Put the cup of granulated sugar and the brown sugar in the bowl then pour down the cooled butter that you heated up earlier. Add the vanilla extract. And crack the eggs. And start mixing it up on a mixer.

You will mixed the wet ingredients till you get the slimy looking feel. Once you got that, slowly pour the dry ingredients on the bowl of the wet ones that u mixed earlier. And start the mixer to mix it all..

After you mixed it and you feel it is OK. Use the plastic wrap and cover up the top of the bowl of the mixture and put it in the fridge for 4 hours.

Now get ready a bowl/plate of icing/powdered sugar. And a small bowl of olive oil.

The olive oil will create a barrier for the mixture not to stick to your hand when you ball up the mixture later.

At this stage you should already prepare the baking paper on the trays. And heat up your over to 290 Celsius.

OK after 4 hours, bring out the mixture. Scoop up a small amount and roll it into a ball look and throw it on the plate of powdered sugar and coat the ball nicely with the sugar. In order to make it looks nice coat it a lot of sugar.

Then place the coated sugary chocolate balls on the trays. Make sure to space up the placement of the balls.

Now you proceed to heat up your trays of chocolate crinkle balls on the oven

Let it bake for 10minutes. If you unsure whether it’s cooked or not use toothpick, poke on 1of the ball and check if the chocolate crinkle ball still stick to the toothpick.

Well the rest you should know what to do next. And walla!!  there you go your beautiful chocolate crinkle cookies… Hope the instruction is easy to follow if not do let me know. And share with me how is the outcomes.

Hope you enjoy the recipe and turn out as nice as mine. Hahaha.

INTERIOR DESIGN CONCEPTS & STYLES

As an Interior designer, we need to familiarized to the different concepts and styles that can help us in our designing. Here are some styles that i learnt .

  1. MODERN MINIMALIST STYLE

This style is a form of extreme accuracy, nothing is too much, without heavy backgrounds. The emphasis is on simplicity, the wall colors may be default. Pieces are either geometric shapes – square, rectangle, round, but the surfaces are clean, no details. By having a stand out furniture this will balance up the looks of the interior. Life of choice

As a human beings,  we faced many challenges in every corner of our life.  Problems after problems will come by and test us.

 Why life is so unfair?

Why life is so difficult?

Why can’t I have a peace of mind  in life?

Why life doesn’t go as I planned?

Why do I have to face this problems?

Many a times I told and share my friends that I know,  life will only be easy and free when you no more longer breathe.  All things that happen to us have planned by the almighty.  He knows our strength and weakness.  But the question now did we know ours? I doubt so..

Not all of us can accept the challenges that were thrown to us. I always believed in life we were given many routes of choices to choose,  either one will lead us to happiness and sadness.   I don’t think there’s problems that can’t be solved.

Humans mistakes or problems were just a repeatation,  we just need to learn from others and improvise it and move on. Some just need to repeat in order  to kill their curiosity. But did we know that curiosity is not all good to have.  We don’t have to be curious.  We don’t have to experience certain things in order to know it.

One mistakes we made is WE ARE NOT TAKING A RESPONSIBLE DESICION AND WE DON’T RESPECT OURSELF. I know not all but only some of us but I say this through my experiences.

I am a person who always wanted to know and open to new things.  Sometimes I don’t even realise that I am addicted to it.  I am referring  to all different types of things from things we consume,  places we go,  feeling on our body and many more. Sometimes we were blinded by the enjoyment till we forget of the outcomes.

Most of us agreed that we have to show some respect to others but ARE WE ACTUALLY RESPECTING OURSELF

WHY DO WE HAVE TO HURT OURSELF JUST FOR SOMETHING SUCH AS FAME, STATUS, LOVE AND POWER?

ARE WE MADE TO BE LIKE THIS? WHERE IS THE LOVE?

WHY DO WE CARE SO MUCH ON WHAT PEOPLE THINK ABOUT US?

WHY WE FEEL SO SELF CONSCIOUS ON EVERY ACTION WE MADE?

WHY  MUST WE COMPETING WITH OTHERS?

Many old minded people think that all problems solved in the same way or method but do they even realise that our life now gets harder and harder? Why is that so?

Honestly,  I would blame technologies  that actually make us this way.  We were brainwashed,  we were given an expectation to achieve,  we were fooled by the things we see.

Try imagine we living in a jungle or a small town away from high technologies. Do you think we will have such mindset? I doubt so

Why do we have to care on what we wear?

Why do we have to share our problems to technologies than talking to our parents.

but this is a reality,  we have to compete to live,  we think to feel,  the only advise I could say is we actually should follow our pattion in doing something from there we will start to love the things we do,  we accepted challenges we face,  we respect ourself better.  We don’t even have to think so much on what other feels. …

THIS IS LIFE…..
